Currently we use practically all thermoplastics (commonly called plastics).

The most popular materials used in production and their short characteristics:

  • PP (polypropylene) - high chemical resistance (almost completely resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents). Used massively in the chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, electrical, food, toy, packaging, etc. industries.
  • PC (polycarbonate) - a material with very good mechanical properties (especially in terms of impact resistance). Hardness and resistance similar to that of aluminium. It is used in the automotive industry and electronics. Ideal for the production of housings for electronics.
  • ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) - High impact strength, hardness and scratch resistance, although not as high as in the case of polycarbonate. ABS is one of the few plastics that is suitable for the process of galvanization. Due to its good insulating properties, it is used in electronics and automotive industry.
  • PA (polyamide) - high mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness as well as fatigue strength. Polyamide has the ability to damp vibrations and features excellent sliding properties. It is widely used in industry, in particular in the production of sleeves, plain bearings, rollers (for conveyors), automotive parts, etc.

Remember that all our customers can count on professional advice when choosing material. On request we send free samples of selected materials.
